Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems.
- Ensure one call resolution and prioritize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- No prior BPO experience needed.
- High School Graduate or ALS Graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
