- Collecting invoices, statements, reports, and personal information.
- Reviewing documents to identify essential information.
- Correcting inaccuracies and organizing data effectively.
- Developing spreadsheets and inputting data into databases.
- Backing up data and reporting discrepancies.
- Organizing physical documents for quick access.
- Performing additional duties as needed.
