Job Description

Stefanini is seeking an onsite Night Shift Workforce Management Data Analyst to start ASAP. The role involves collecting, validating, and analyzing workforce and performance data to support forecasting, capacity planning, and reporting. You will build dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), prepare SQL/Excel/Google Sheets datasets, perform trend analysis, and assist with client presentations. Collaborate with SMEs to refine processes and document data sources.

• 2–4 years in analytics/reporting (contact center/WFM preferred)
• Strong SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets skills; BI tool experience
• Familiarity with WFM KPIs (volume, AHT, SL, occupancy) and excellent communication
• Full-time, onsite; salary up to Php60,00/month
