Job Description
We invite you to join our Claims Management Department as a Data Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for documenting errors made by the Medical Data Associate, validating uploaded medical information, and maintaining accurate records for physicians and providers. You will also ensure the timely upload of all received data into our systems, specifically Payorlink and SAP.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the HMO or insurance industry, a solid understanding of clinical and medical terminology, and a keen eye for identifying process improvements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential.
