Job Description
Stark Asia Solutions seeks a professional Customer Support Specialist to provide courteous, efficient multi-channel support for UK and Canada customers. This full-time, permanent in-person role (BGC) involves first-point contact handling, complaint resolution, promoting HelloFresh products, documenting issues, recommending process improvements, and participating in internal projects.
- Requirements: minimum high school graduate, 1 year international BPO voice experience, strong English proficiency, and willingness to commute to BGC.
- Compensation: up to Php28,00/month.
