Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding ticket inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
- Assist customers with the online ticketing platform and resolve technical difficulties.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
- Protect sensitive information by following established protocols.
