Job Description

At SapientBPO in Makati, we are looking for passionate individuals to fill the position of Customer Support Specialist. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with their inquiries.
• Resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications needed:

• High School Graduate / ALS Graduate.
• Good communication skills.
• 6 months of BPO experience (any account) or a college graduate.
