Job Description
Join our team at SapientBPO Makati as a Customer Support Specialist! Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues to ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications include being a High School or ALS graduate, possessing good communication skills, and having 6 months of BPO experience (any account accepted) or being a college graduate without BPO experience.
We offer a competitive salary starting at 27,00 PHP, plus HMO, paid leaves, 13th Month Pay, and other government-mandated benefits.
