Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via voice and chat with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide accurate information and help to customers about online streaming services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues.

Needed Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of BPO Voice & Chat International Experience.
• Amenable to working from site at UP Town Center.
