Caldwell Communications is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Support Specialists for Hotel Online Booking.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence.
• Resolve issues during the first contact when possible.
• Match customer needs with our clients’ products.
• Utilize negotiation skills to gain customer confidence.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues.

Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
