Job Description

Dialdirect PH is seeking dedicated candidates to join our team as Customer Support Specialists.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer concerns through phone and written correspondence.
• Resolve issues on the first contact without any transfers.
• Match customer needs with our products and services.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external clients.

Pay: Php23,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
