Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist – Airline Booking to manage reservations, flight changes, ticketing, refunds, and travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat. The incumbent will resolve customer issues, process bookings and refunds, coordinate with airlines, and provide accurate fare and policy information promptly and professionally.
- 1–2 years of airline or travel support experience
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude
- Familiarity with GDS or booking systems and flexibility to work varied hours
