Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our AI SaaS team to deliver outstanding user support, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide customers through onboarding and feature use.

• Responsibilities: respond to user inquiries, reproduce and escalate bugs, create clear help content, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and monitor customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Qualifications: minimum 1 year in SaaS support, strong written and verbal English, basic technical troubleshooting skills, empathy, and familiarity with AI concepts; experience with helpdesk tools preferred.
