Job Description
Hire Hangar seeks a Customer Support Specialist (AI) to work 8:00 AM–4:00 PM EST handling 100–200 eCommerce support tickets daily via AI-assisted platforms. You will review, edit, and approve AI-generated replies for order updates, returns, product inquiries, and shipping issues, ensuring accuracy, adherence to brand voice, and escalation of edge cases.
- Use Shopify, integrated e-commerce tools, and ticketing systems.
- Require 2–3 years customer support experience (eCommerce preferred), excellent written English, and strong attention to detail.
- Must be willing to learn AI tools and available on weekends (Sat & Sun) and U.S. business hours.
- Preferred: experience with DTC brands, Shopify, Gorgias, or Richpanel.
