Job Description
CS-PAC Global BPO, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Representative to manage incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries. Responsibilities include generating sales leads, resolving complaints, and processing requests efficiently.
- Handle high volumes of incoming calls
- Assess customer needs for satisfaction
