Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will serve as the primary contact for customers, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and assisting with product or service questions.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and process orders while maintaining a positive attitude.
Qualifications: College level (2 years completed) & 1-year experience in BPO preferred; fresh graduates welcome. Strong communication and computer skills needed.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
