Job Description

We are conducting one-day mass hiring for Customer Support Representatives across Metro Manila. No BPO experience required. Successful candidates will resolve customer inquiries and complaints, update records, adhere to policies, perform basic troubleshooting, and collaborate with team members.

• Employment: Full-time, permanent, in-person; urgent hire.
• Compensation: Up to ₱28,00/month (higher with experience) and a ₱30,00 signing bonus.
• Benefits: 13th & 14th month pay, HMO from day one (up to 3 dependents), paid training, 30 paid leaves, allowances, bonuses, weekends off, holiday/OT pay, 20% night differential.
• Career progression: Hybrid or WFH eligibility after one year.
