- Building rapport with customers and other internal departments/stakeholders.
- Providing quality customer service.
- Managing all inbound correspondence and email enquiries within a timely manner.
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
- A minimum of 1 year of collections or backoffice experience in a financial account, specifically in bankruptcy and/or liquidation, within a BPO environment.
- Good English communication skills.
