Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact when possible.
- Match customer demands with our products and services.
- Utilize persuasion skills to gain customer buy-in.
- Share important information with internal and external clients.
Qualifications:
- No prior BPO/Customer Service experience required.
- High School/College graduate.
- Good communication skills.
- Availability for onsite work with flexible schedules.
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
