Job Description
AUMTREND PH INC is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to enhance our customer experience. Responsibilities include encouraging customers to adopt new features, relaying feedback to internal teams, and developing plans for customer retention.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer success, and at least 2 years of experience in enterprise-level customer success or account management in a SaaS environment. Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.
This is a permanent position with a monthly pay of up to Php42,00.00, including health insurance and a 13th month salary.
Preferred candidates should reliably commute or plan to relocate to Taguig City.
