Job Description
DForce Operation Center seeks a full-time, in-person Customer Success / Onboarding Specialist. Requirements: 2+ years supporting US/international clients, account management/customer success experience, fluent professional English, onboarding or managing US-based clients, and strong client-facing/process-explanation skills. Responsibilities: deliver first-class service, onboard campaigns, update CRM, resolve cases within 24 hours, timely email/SMS communication, attend trainings, and report client feedback. Schedule: Mon–Fri graveyard shift. Compensation: up to Php40,00/month; benefits include health & life insurance, staff meals, and in-depth training.
