Job Description

Baivi Outsourcing Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business management or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success management.

Experience in the US Export Market and working with Air Cargo is essential. Responsibilities include providing customer support, handling documentation, reaching out to airlines for pricing and quotes, and nurturing client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45,00.00 – Php70,00.00 per month

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Night shift
