Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a team of customer success representatives to deliver a world-class customer experience.
- Manage daily operations, develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and meet performance metrics.
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team to create a customer-first culture.
- Drive operational excellence by tracking and communicating metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 year of Customer Success or Account Management experience.
- BPO experience preferred.
- Proven ability to drive adoption and develop business strategies.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
