Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in providing exceptional customer service while managing front-end eCommerce operations. In this role, you will handle customer orders, shipping, and refunds, respond to inquiries via email and phone, prepare essential reports, and research potential new products.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time
Salary: Php 20,00 – Php 30,00 per month
Qualifications: Strong English proficiency, reliable high-speed internet, and a positive attitude.
