Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Communicate daily with customers to resolve various concerns.
• Collaborate with management, product, marketing, and operations to enhance products based on customer feedback.
• Identify gaps in the customer journey and create policies with the Customer Success Team.
• Develop scalable customer-centric programs providing exceptional support.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.
• Ability to converse in Bisaya/Cebuano is a plus.
