Job Description
TSL Container Lines seeks a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative to support import sales and deliver excellent client service. Duties include coordinating documentation for arrival notices and billing; responding to phone and email inquiries on rates, surcharges, and schedules; maintaining import volume data and recording rates/free time in TSL AFSYS for FOB accounts; supporting the export helpdesk (consignee acceptance, DG/OOG permits) and providing inside-sales backup; monitoring credit lines, deposit waivers, and competitor surcharges; compiling reports; and ensuring HSEQ and PPE compliance. Salary starts at Php18,00/month and includes health insurance.
