Job Description
URE-SHII TECHNOLOGIES INC is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Handle incoming walk-in customers, phone calls, appointments, and messages.
- Address customer needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Build rapport with customers for retention.
- Provide product knowledge through effective communication.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Collaborate with managers to strategize.
- Work well in a fast-paced environment as a team player.

- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, Overtime pay
