Job Description
The Scale Expert seeks a Customer Service Representative to support customers via live chat and email on deposits, withdrawals, transfers, disputes, account setup, funding, and product inquiries. You will review transactions, explain balances, follow internal controls, and collaborate to ensure timely, professional resolutions while developing knowledge of U.S. banking operations.
- Requirements: minimum 1 year each in email, chat, and voice support; BPO/back‑office experience; excellent written communication; positive attitude; quality ownership; flexibility and teamwork.
- Position: full-time, in person. Salary: PHP 21,00–24,00/month.
