Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions via online chats (Viber, Messenger, email, and phone).
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Send real-time quotations and updates in the system.
• Check for available parts for sales and repair.
• Process service and repair requests from dealers and end users.
• Facilitate shipping for warranty claims.
• Log all transactions in the tracker.
• Update status of pending repairs.
• Close all pending cases within the day.
• Follow up on open cases.
