Job Description
ServiceFirst is a world-class call center and BPO committed to providing an elevated customer experience. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As a Representative, you will evaluate loan applications, verify financial documents, and explain loan products while ensuring compliance with lending regulations. You should have a high school or college degree, excellent communication skills, and previous experience in sales or telemarketing.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly pay of Php23,00.00 – Php24,500.00. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, and opportunities for promotion.
