Job Description
Duties:
- Work with customers and senior sales reps to answer questions and provide accurate product information.
- Schedule and plan meetings.
- Make and receive calls.
- Process and follow up on sales orders.
- Assist managers with report distribution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism.
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (Oral and Written).
- At least 1 year BPO experience as a CSR.
- Must reside within Metro Manila or GMA.
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
