Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives at Orbit Career Job Hirings PH.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customer needs, providing accurate solutions using provided scripts.
- Learn company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
- Maintain professionalism and patience when dealing with challenging customers.
Qualifications:
- Amenable to working onsite (office-based).
- Filipino citizen or relevant residence status.
- 18 years old and above; high school diploma or equivalent.
- Conversant in English with strong listening skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php17,987.00 – Php26,912.00 per month
