Job Description
Afni Philippines is looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to become a part of our team located at Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City (One Felicity Center). In this position, you will utilize your customer interaction skills to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 12 months BPO experience in an international account.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills that are conversational, confident, and spontaneous.
- Strong comprehension abilities and a quick learning aptitude.
- Capability to work in a paperless environment while following information security protocols.
- NBI clearance is required prior to the start date.
