Job Description
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Attending inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Liaising with other departments.
- Troubleshooting customer issues.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Compiling daily chat logs.
- Adhering to company policies.
Work Arrangement: Willing to work rotational shifts, 6 days a week.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php20,00 – Php25,00/month.
Benefits: Health insurance, pay raise, 13th-month salary & yearly bonus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
