Job Description

JNMS Human Resource Management Services is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess essential customer service and sales experience, preferably with a background in B2B or telesales and familiarity with the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Key skills include strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork. A professional and confident approach, along with a positive attitude toward change, is essential. Technical skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator are preferred.
