Job Description
Join our dynamic team at IT By Design as a Customer Service Representative. Your primary responsibilities will include answering inbound customer calls 24/7 to initiate support requests and provide updates on existing cases. You will update customer information in Connectwise Manage and monitor call queues to ensure timely resolutions within our service level agreements (SLA).
We seek individuals with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Both onsite work and night shifts are required.
