HR PH is seeking a dedicated Collections Associate to perform collection activities for pre-delinquent and past-due accounts. This role requires collaboration with team members to achieve productivity targets while adhering to company policies.
Responsibilities include:
- Handle collection calls

- Monitor loans and coordinate payments
- Prepare client statements
- Write collection letters
- Submit daily reports
