Job Description
Green Wave Ingredients/Ingredients Online is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative. Your primary duties will include reaching out to potential sellers, scheduling online meetings to explain our selling programs, and providing continuous follow-up until agreements are signed.
Requirements: Proficient in English, experience with CRM systems (preferably Hubspot), and a strong background in B2B sales. A basic understanding of food, cosmetics, nutrition, and animal feed ingredients is essential.
