Job Description
Datamatics Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will handle all inbound inquiries via calls, chats, and emails while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs). Candidates with experience in Gladly or ticketing systems such as Zendesk, SAP, or Shopify are preferred. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, is required, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
