Job Description
Mulson’s Trading Corp., catering to PHILIPPINE CUSTOMERS for Philips Audio and Video products, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator.
The successful candidate will provide scheduled support to the Service Department, handling after-sales service inquiries and complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Handle complaints and provide timely solutions
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Meet work deadlines
Requirements:
- Senior High School Graduate
- Analytical and organized
- Proficient in MS Applications
- Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Salary: Php16,800.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
