Job Description
Join our team at COMRISE / RISEWAVE CONSULTING INC as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). You will assist our clients by addressing their customers’ concerns, providing support, and resolving issues effectively.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No prior BPO experience required
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Professional, courteous, and customer-oriented
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City and in shifting rotations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
