Job Description
Centro GS-PHL Inc. is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative. This role involves managing US Healthcare Accounts through voice communication and providing exceptional customer support.
Qualifications:
- At least a High School Graduate
- Excellent communication skills
- No prior call center experience required, but it’s a plus
- Ability to handle customer complaints and offer solutions
- Work from home setup with HMO and monthly account incentives
Job Details:
- Full-time and Permanent position
- Pay: Php19,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, night shift
