Job Description

Join our dynamic team at CALLMAX SOLUTIONS INC. as a Customer Service Representative! We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent voice support in a BPO environment.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in BPO handling voice accounts
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in healthcare or technical accounts is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8-hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th-month salary
• Overtime pay
