Job Description

Available Accounts:

Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence to address concerns.
• Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
• Match customer demands with clients’ products and services.
• Utilize influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customer commitment.
• Share information with internal and external clients and collaborate with colleagues.
