Job Description
BENBY ENTERPRISES, INC is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving, processing, and verifying the accuracy of customer orders.
- Initiating necessary actions for responding to customer service requests and order changes.
- Providing high-quality service to both internal and external customers.
- Extracting order information to support customer service management.
- Processing Purchase Orders (PO).
This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresh graduates.
