Job Description
Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone.
- Promote and upsell company products.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints.
- Document interactions in CRM.
Qualifications: 1 year experience, excellent English communication, and multitasking skills required.
Job Type: Temporary (3 months). Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00/month.
