Job Description
Our esteemed partner in Western Australia, a leading glass manufacturing and installation company, is seeking a Customer Service Officer. The successful candidate will efficiently process customer orders, respond to inquiries, and perform various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Promptly addressing customer queries
- Daily order processing and management
- Sending order confirmations
- Ensuring input accuracy
- Coordinating with team members for resolution of customer concerns
Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, strong English communication skills, and customer service experience. A background in the glass industry is a plus.
Salary: Php29,00.00 – Php32,00.00 per month.
