Job Description

Transcend Management is actively seeking a seasoned Customer Service Manager to spearhead the creation and oversight of a new customer service team. The selected candidate will be responsible for formulating strategies to achieve performance targets, supervising team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and at least 3 years of experience in a customer service management role, preferably within BPO settings. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

This is a full-time role with a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php120,00.00 to Php150,00.00, along with benefits including health insurance and flexible work schedules.
