Job Description
GH-Prime Goods Corp. is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Manager to lead our team in addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, effectively manage a team of customer service representatives, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication across various channels.
Responsibilities: Foster a positive team environment, provide timely responses to customer queries, handle complaints professionally, and coordinate team activities. A solid understanding of our products is essential for accurately addressing customer questions.
Requirements: High school diploma, ability to remain calm under pressure, proficiency in computer applications, and at least one year of customer service experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Starting at Php22,00.00 per month.
