Job Description
Transcosmos Malaysia Sdn Bhd is actively seeking a motivated Customer Service Associate fluent in Tagalog to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries through live chat and phone calls, offering detailed information about our e-commerce products and services. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
Work Shift: 24/7 rotation, including 5 working days. Compensation: PHP 18,00.00 – PHP 20,00.00 per month, in addition to health insurance benefits.
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
